Delivery and returns

We deliver our products to companies, warehouses and individual clients. Our products can be found all around the world and our quality guarantee remains the same no matter where the order comes from: Poland, the European Union or beyond.

Important notes:

  • Shipping is included in the furniture price.
  • Our logistics partners UPS, DPD, DHL deliver from Monday to Friday. We use their services for single item orders
  • For bigger orders we use private transportation services, chosen from verified portals. All our transport services are insured and meet all the necessary requirements.
  • If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us at hello@366concept.com BEFORE placing your order. We will be happy to assist you!
  • Additional delivery costs for non-continental or remote areas may be charged after check-out. If you have any doubts concerning the cost of delivery to your address, please contact us at hello@366concept.com for a quote.
  • For delivery outside Europe, please contact us at hello@366concept.com.

RETURNS:
All our products are made to order and thus returns cannot be accepted. Please make sure to read all the descriptions (size, colour, fabric specifications) carefully before ordering. If you have any doubts:

  • Download our catalogue to read more about product dimensions.
  • Order fabric swatches: for EUR 10, you can order up to 5. The cost of swatches will be deducted from your final order.
  • Download Fabric Care manuals

As a client, you may only refuse a parcel in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged during transport
  • If the parcel contains the wrong contents

FAQ

1.How long do I have to wait for my order?

Orders are ready within 3 to 6 weeks. The exact time depends on the size of the order and delivery address.

2.Is your furniture brand new?

Yes, all our furniture is brand new. We have exclusive copyrights to manufacture
furniture based on the original project designed by Józef Chierowski. Some elements of our furniture are hand-made.

3.I am furnishing my apartment and am looking for inspiration. I am interested in your furniture, what should I start with?

Send us photos of your interior as well as your ideas. Our art director can assist you in choosing products to lend your interior its own unique style.

4.I love your furniture but would like to have it upholstered with my fabric.

No problem. Just send your fabric to our Warsaw office. We can manufacture furniture upholstered using the client’s own fabric for orders of at least 4 pieces of furniture.

5.Do you attend any fairs?

Of course! We regularly attend fairs in Warsaw, Cologne and Paris.

6.Will I find your furniture in luxurious restaurants and hotels?

Our furniture can be found in many famous restaurants, hotels and apartments. Our portfolio includes numerous projects worldwide. Our furniture meets all the necessary requirements and our fabrics are certified.

7.Can your furniture be modified (e.g. the size)?

Yes, of course. In order to fulfil our business partners’ requirements, we often implement product modifications.

8.Where is 366 Concept furniture produced?

All our furniture is manufactured in Poland. The legacy of Polish design is one of the
foundations of 366 Concept. We collaborate with local suppliers and businesses to
deliver exceptional furniture made 100% in Poland to our customers.

9.Do you deliver outside European Union?

Yes, we do. Please get in touch with us and we will send you a shipping cost evaluation.

11.I’m a very tall person. Which armchair should I choose?

Please contact us regarding the size of each furniture piece.
We sell our products on many markets and have experience in producing furniture for clients of various sizes. Our offer includes furniture that can be adapted to every client’s needs and expectations.

12.Are the fabrics stain resistant?

LOFT, VELVET and SHINE VELVET fabrics are stain resistant. For instance, they
deal well with wine and coffee stains as long as you act immediately to remove spills.

13.What is the strength of your fabrics?

All our fabrics are compliant with European standards. They are very strong and durable.

Care and Maintenance

We prepared these instructions to ensure that our furniture continues to serve you for many years to come. Here you will find a few simple rules regarding fabric care and maintenance.

  • Avoid dirt, stains, dust and damp
  • Avoid putting excessive pressure on elements of upholstery and wood to prevent potential damage
  • Avoid contact between light coloured upholstery fabrics and fabrics whose colours may transfer
  • Avoid products containing acetone, thinners, ammonia, abrasive detergents or furniture wax
  • Clean/vacuum regularly
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Do not use rough or hard brushes, hairdryers or cleaning agents
  • Do not apply too much pressure to the fabric or wood while cleaning
  • Protect against animals, children at play, food and beverage consumption

 

How to clean:

  • For liquid stains, use a small amount of water and wipe it from the surface with an absorbent material. If the liquid leaves a stain, it must be removed with a soapy cotton cloth to prevent spreading the stain.
  • In the case of dry dirt (mud, dust, etc.): vacuum before the substance is absorbed by the fabric. If the stain remains, it must be blotted using round strokes with a soapy cotton cloth.
  • In the case of stains caused by markers, crayons, etc. use a damp cloth.
  • Always remember to dry the wood/metal with a clean cloth.
