Newsletter Discounts: Terms & Conditions

§1. General provisions

  1. The organizer of the program is 366 Concept sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-511), ul. Nowogrodzka 10/2, NIP: 7011023014, e-mail: info@366concept.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

  2. These terms and conditions set out the rules for granting and using a discount code for subscribing to the 366 Concept newsletter.

  3. The personal data of users who subscribe to the 366 Concept sp. z o.o. newsletter is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§2. Conditions for receiving the discount code

  1. A discount code worth 25 EUR is available to users who have subscribed to the 366 Concept newsletter via the form available at eu.366concept.com.

  2. The code will be sent to the e-mail address provided after confirming consent to receive the newsletter.

§3. Terms of use of the code

  1. The discount code entitles you to a one-time reduction of 25 EUR on your order.

  2. The code can be used on any products available in the 366 Concept store, except for fabric samples.

  3. The code does not require a minimum order value.

  4. The discount code is valid once per customer. The organizer verifies the uniqueness of the customer based on data such as: email address, first and last name, and delivery address.

  5. If the code is found to have been used multiple times by the same person (including through the use of different email addresses with the same delivery address or the same first and last name), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order or exclude the discount from the order.

  6. The code cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or reductions.

  7. The code must be entered in the shopping cart before finalizing the order.

§4. Final provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes come into force on the date of their publication on the website eu.366concept.com.

  2. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
